VIP Day
Intensive Coaching

Powerful results for the busy professional who desires a quick transformation

WHAT it is:

  • An intensive coaching session focusing on public speaking for busy professionals who want maximum impact in a short amount of time

  • We'll meet on one day for 3 hours, either virtually or in person

  • Prior to the session, you'll fill out a questionnaire that allows me to get to know you better so we can make the best use of our time together

DURING the session:

  • We'll delve into strategies and spend time implementing them together for deep learning and embodiment of new skills

WHAT you'll leave with:

  • Confidence in your ability to manage your body, voice, and anxiety in public speaking

  • Practical tips and exercises in written and recorded form

  • A pre-speaking plan

ELEMENTS of your coaching may include:

  • Strategies for anxiety management prior, during, and after public speaking

  • Concrete ways to squash the inner critic

  • Exercises to improve the tone, range, inflection, and intensity of your speaking voice

  • Exercises to create greater ease and power in the body

  • Specific and brief warmup routines that prep body, mind, and voice

Coaching is a great fit for you if.....

You are sick of listening to your inner critic.

You are ready to invest in taking things to the next level in your career and life.

You are tired of trying to figure it out on your own.

You have lots of skills, knowledge, and abilities but you have trouble moving forward.

You are ready to take action towards your dreams.

You thrive with accountability and encouragement.

Coaching may NOT be a great fit for you if.....

You want a quick fix (there are no quick fixes, change takes time and intentionality)!

You want to remain comfortable in current thoughts, habits, and beliefs (in order to grow, we have to get a little uncomfortable).

You are not ready to take some calculated risks (if we want to be excellent, we have to take some risks)!

You want to stay focused on what went wrong in the past (while the past is important, we have to look to what we can do differently in the future).
